Medicare

As a licensed clinical psychologist, my professional services should qualify for patient reimbursement, and may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. If you do not have Medicare or BCBS, I am considered an “out-of-network provider."  This means that I collect fees directly from you and you can then apply for reimbursement using the billing statements I will provide for you. I can also provide your insurance company with any additional information about me that they need to process your claim. 

Reduced Fees
Limited reduced fee services are available to qualified candidates.

Payment
Fees or copays are due at the time of service. Cash, check, and credit card accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked since that time was reserved for you and was not available to other clients.
